Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with seals intact where applicable. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care products, pet consumables, supplements and other sealed goods may not be returnable unless faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and checked. Before sending anything back, contact Smart Finds through our Contact page so we can provide the correct return instructions.
