UK delivery, explained
Smart Finds currently delivers to UK addresses. Our range includes products dispatched from UK supplier stock.
Delivery charges
- Standard: £4.99 in our general UK delivery profile.
- Express: £6.99 where offered at checkout.
- Free Standard delivery: qualifying orders of £50 or more in our general delivery profile.
Some products use separate supplier delivery profiles. The available service and final delivery charge for your address are confirmed at checkout before payment. Mixed-supplier baskets can have separate delivery charges and arrive in more than one parcel.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the item, its supplier and the service used. Dispatch time and carrier transit time are separate: choosing an Express service does not remove order processing time.
Check the estimate for your chosen item: carrier service names such as “Tracked 48” are not a guaranteed delivery date. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. The estimate and service can differ between products.
Glasses repair kit (HOM-55978): the supplier confirmed on 15 October 2026 that the standard Large Letter service is estimated at 7–15 working days after dispatch, without full tracking scans. A tracked upgrade was quoted at approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch; availability must be confirmed before ordering.
5m white corner trim (HOM-66903): the supplier confirmed tracked delivery estimated at approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch. These estimates are subject to change and do not guarantee arrival on a particular date.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekend orders start processing on business days. Remote addresses can take longer or have different charges. If you need an item for a particular date, contact Smart Finds before ordering so we can check the item and service.
Tracking and separate parcels
Tracking information is provided when available. Large Letter services may have a reference number without full tracking scans. Products fulfilled by different suppliers can arrive separately.

Check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If your parcel is delayed or your address needs correcting, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes cannot always be made after dispatch.
